Mintegral mediation adapter 16.8.31.0 changelog misleading

In the Mintegral mediation adapter changelog, for version 16.8.31.0 it is noted that it is built and tested with Google Mobile Ads SDK version 23.2.0. However, when using the adapter I noticed that my dependency on Google Mobile Ads SDK got bumped to version 23.2.0, so I checked mvnrepository page for Mintegral and found out that Mintegral mediation adapter 16.8.31.0 has a dependency on GMA SDK 23.3.0 instead of 23.2.0 from the changelog.

Either the changelog or the dependency are wrong, so I'm unsure what to use and how to resolve my dependencies.
