Flaky integration tests on GitHub Actions for Android and iOS

Integration tests consistently fail on iOS and occasionally on Android when run on GitHub Actions.

PR: #105 updates and fixes CI pipelines for unit tests, but integration tests are still failing.

This issue is separately filed to track the problems with integration tests.
