Is there a way to rotate the map with 2 fingers? Like in the video link

And is there a way to set the direction the user is pointing like the image?

Yes, that is the default behavior of the map when you have a vector-based map and rotation/tilt enabled (enabled by using a mapId which you can configure in the Google Cloud Console).

It's not quite as good as it is in the android app, but pretty close...

I was talking about running in a browser as well, so yes. I think the only slight difference is that you can sometimes combine zooming and rotating in the Google Maps App, but you can't do that in the JS API.
