API to get list of alarms and timers

Are alarms and timers stored on the device somewhere?

It would be nice to have an API to get at the list of alarms and timers. As a bonus would be an API to create and update them as well.

@joeferner can you confirm which python packages you're using? (google-assistant-grpc or google-assistant-library ?)

I'm using google-assistant-library. Didn't think the grpc had alarms at all.
