TerminalGuiDesigner updated for v2 4400

Finally finished testing and fixing the latest changes in v2. It's been 6 months since the last release, so high time for an update!

I've set default driver to v2 too, although you can override with -d (I'm optimistic)

Remove any old versions you have and update with:

dotnet tool uninstall --global TerminalGuiDesigner
dotnet tool install --global TerminalGuiDesigner --prerelease
