Understanding data collection and QA/QC

This a a really nice application. Would it be possible to share an explanation of where data is coming from and how it is vetted? For instance, are records scraped from sites based on a list of names etc.? Once pulled are they confirmed and if rejected, do they go on a list to automatically correct future scrapings? Could there be a form to manually add records? Thanks!
