Added docs/OUTREACH_PLAYBOOK.md with the concrete small-agency outreach message, follow-up, tracking columns and weekly targets. Keeping this issue open because the actual distribution campaign is ongoing, not just a code/documentation task.

Hey, came across your project earlier and it actually made me stop scrolling for a minute lol. After tracing the request flow, it appears the problem originates in the validation logic, where the response object can be null under certain conditions but is accessed before the null check executes. This leads to the failure described in the issue, A lot of repos look technically decent, but yours feels like there’s a bigger idea behind it.

Thanks! Could you tell me which file and function contain the null-check issue? I can’t reproduce it on my end.

Product update: Repository Audit Lab is now live in main. It provides defensive static source review with file/line evidence, confidence, applicability, remediation, bounded uploads and no code execution. README traction is dated and verifiable, critical docs are now clickable, and the primary growth focus remains direct LinkedIn/agency outreach. This gives the campaign a stronger developer/security hook beyond passive domain reports.
