Missing DLL #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ARMware on Windows 8 x64
2. Running ARMware
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error dialog saying wcl_fmtstr.dll is missing
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8 Pro x64
Please provide any additional information below.
Tried running the program, but I got an error dialog saying that the computer
is missing wcl_fmtstr.dll, and the program stops.
