Short first-screen teardown for Happier

I run a USD 20 AI-assisted landing page teardown for founders and small software products. I am not affiliated with Happier; this is a short public preview based on the public site/README.

Initial read:

• The public README now says Open-source mobile, web, and desktop companion for AI coding agents, which is clearer than the site title, but the first-screen story could still make the specific remote-control outcome more immediate.
• The alpha/pre-release state is transparent, but the path from "this is promising" to "join Discord / try the app" needs one more trust cue before the CTA.
• Strong differentiators like end-to-end encryption, self-hosting, broad provider support, and mobile/web/desktop continuity are present, but they compete with setup/release-lane detail before the core value is fully settled.

Fastest improvement:

• Make the hero lead with the exact job: continue and control local Claude Code/Codex/OpenCode sessions from phone, web, or desktop without losing context.
• Put one compact proof row directly under the hero CTA: open source, E2E encrypted, self-hostable, supports Claude Code/Codex/OpenCode/Gemini.
• Treat Pre-release as a confidence-managed badge near the CTA, then give the next action a reason: join Discord for alpha access and feedback while the release lane is still moving quickly.
