Proxy-pallet: Design flow for project deletion

What will be the requirements (validations) to delete a project?
What data should be deleted?
Do we want to save a specific dataset: transactions, drawdowns, users?
How different will be from "desactivate project"?

@didiermis please make a recommendation about what the validations should be. I think the only validation should be a confirmation screen so Proxy Admin doesn't delete it by mistake. Similar to Github that forces you to type in the I agree to delete XYZ project

If a project is deleted, the whole project should be deleted.

Deactivated means no new drawdowns can be submitted.
