Expected Behavior

Successful creation of the Route53 record. The docs for awscc_route53_record_set show this as a supported resource however AWS::Route53::RecordSet is not listed as a supported resource in the Cloud Control API as of now: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cloudcontrolapi/latest/userguide/supported-resources.html

Failure with the following error message:

Steps to Reproduce

1. create file with the above code snippet
2. terraform apply

Important Factoids

It appears that somehow during the weekly poll of resources available in CCAPI, this resource was inadvertently recognized. Either that, or it may have been removed from the Cloud Control API. I have not come across a situation where the latter has happened yet, but it is possible. This resource should be removed from the awscc docs until supported in the AWS Cloud Control API to prevent user confusion.
