• Added Set-ExecutionPolicy statement for Git Bash and Cygwin users running haxthewebme.sh (now matches haxthewebme.ps1)
  • The node and npm executables require RemoteSigned permissions on Windows, even if they're installed in a bash environment
• Novice-mode skeletons now support a simplified toolbar for non-text elements
  • The toolbar retains the Drag, Insert, and Delete buttons
