Using "FX must have focus" causes mapping to become inactive

Describe the bug
Using Track: All Named and Fx: All Named together with "FX Must Have Focus" causes the mapping to become inactive.

Not using "FX Must Have Focus" gives the expected behavior where every effect that matches the wildcards and parameter settings get affected simultaneously.

To Reproduce
Target Type:
FX Param: Set Value
Track: All named *
FX: All named 1176LN Rev E Compressor
Parameter: Particular, Input
None of the check box ticked except for "FX Must have focus"

Expected behavior
Only the FX that matches the track, fx and parameter settings AND is focused gets affected.
