Allow specifying an ABI #7
Description
Especially when using an old fromBlockNumber or fromBlockHash, ethstream takes forever to add all the new blocks.
It'd be nice if you could use a filter to limit the number of events that you have to look through.
This might mean changing the API to something more like onAddEvent, onRollbackEvent, and onConfirmEvent
