I've been unable to mitmproxy the Intune enrollment and policy enforcement packets from MS's intune-portal (for Linux), which is why there has been no progress on this. The issue is due to MS binaries rejecting the installed mitmproxy certificates. Perhaps this tactic would work: https://www.aapelivuorinen.com/blog/2022/09/13/bypassing-bad-certificate-pinning/
