i can't find the full code for this: convert-btc-to-stx-address

any idea where to find it? LNOW's github? did they publish the library on mainnet? please help

Looking for the complete implementation of the BTC to STX address conversion in Clarity (from the challenge won by Eamon Penland, with LNow's contributions). The Hiro cookbook only shows partial code with missing helpers like 'unwrap-uint'. Is there a full implementation published on mainnet or a repository with the complete code? Building a contract to verify Bitcoin multisig addresses from Stacks principals.
