Unlike https://github.com/hiyohiyo/CrystalDiskInfo which has https://github.com/hiyohiyo/CrystalDiskInfo/blob/master/LICENSE.txt, https://github.com/hiyohiyo/CrystalDiskInfo/blob/master/README.ja.md and https://github.com/hiyohiyo/CrystalDiskInfo/blob/master/README.md, files like these are missing in the https://github.com/hiyohiyo/CrystalDiskMark repository.

Can you please add them based on the below links?
