Refactor on how to increase the speed at which the bot responds.

Basing on what the readme file says, I would like to add some feature(create another branch) that am hoping will ease the response fast.
Also basing on my analysis,when you start to have a lot of AIML files,it can take a long time to learn.This is where;

Brain Files

comes into play.After the bot learns all the AIML files,it can save it's brain directly to a file which will drastically speed up load times on subsequent runs.

Hint: Brain File works just like the way our brain processes and recalls memory,so this may not be that different from how the bot agent retrieves or responds to user basing on his or her inputs. 😄 :
