Describe the bug
When loading into a song that one or more instrument isn't available on, the note counter and note number from the previous songs appears here

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Either:
Load autoplay full band , and set autosong to random and play through one song with all instruments supported and then the next song missing an instrument
Or
load into a setlist that not all songs support the selected instruments
Expected behavior
Note counter is hidden when instrument has no track

Similarly, streak overdrive and such in highway text should be hidden on BRE and song completion, then reshown (properly) on song starts
