Add support for ROG Flow Z13

Hello, is there an easy way to add support for the ROG Flow Z13? I am using native SteamOS, and installed the plugin from Decky marketplace, but none of the options there control the Z13's RGB.

Is the RGB area on the Z13 the keyboard backlight, and are there any other areas?
