API: Organization

Organization is the main entity in project.
Provide API to:
get organization info and list of users
change organization info

For detailed Organization object definition see Tech Documentation
https://github.com/hospitalrun-ua/backend/wiki/Entities-Definition

No need to create DB at this point.
Hardcode one example organization and load it in memory for edit.
