Product Store Linked Shipment Methods Missing and Duplicated in Dropdown

Current behavior

Some linked shipment methods are missing from the dropdown.
Duplicate entries are shown when a shipment method is associated with multiple carriers.

Expected behavior

All product store linked shipment methods should be visible in the dropdown.
Each shipment method should appear only once, even if linked to multiple carriers.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Make sure from the Fulfillment App that a method is linked with the product store and with multiple carriers.
Open the BOPIS App and navigate to the shipment method selection dropdown on settings page.
Observe the available shipment methods.

Need to open a modal here instead where user can select carrier ship method instead of just method and guess which carrier is being selected.
