What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Currently, we show Shopify_Cancellation as a cancellation reason. But when items are cancelled with this reason in OMS, OMS does not update the cancellation in Shopify. Thus, we need to hide this reason in the BOPIS app.

What are the acceptance criteria?

  • Be able to configure the cancellation reasons that show up to the store teams.

Can you complete this feature request by yourself?

  • NO
