Current Document
Currently document is confusing as it includes troubleshooting as well as steps to bulk import the employees

Suggested Document
We can divide this document into two parts: first, how to bulk import employees, and second, a troubleshooting document for users facing issues when bulk importing employees. The first document can be included in the initial setup section and the second one in the user troubleshooting section.
