Referencing file (typing @) after /skill doesn't work

I'd like to take this one.

Plan:

1. Reproduce it deterministically - most likely in the autocomplete/input state handling (tests/test_tui_autocomplete.py territory) rather than interactively: my working hypothesis is that after a /skill invocation the input or completion state doesn't reset, so the @ trigger no longer opens the file completer.
2. Trace the actual root cause from the failing repro.
3. Fix plus a regression test.

If you can share the exact typing sequence you used (e.g. /skill:foo then Enter, then @ in the next prompt vs. @ in the same line), that would help me nail the repro faster - but I'll start from the hypothesis above.

In the same line /skill:foo @ - this doesn't show completion

If you are working on this, maybe consider also skill chaining i.e. possibility for /skill:foo /skill:bar in the same line, which also doesn't work, but such chaining doesn't work in pi either w/o plugin

Thanks for confirming - that's exactly the path I reproduced. The root cause is in build_completion_state: a matched /skill: command with argument text returns an empty completion state, so the @ file completer never runs there. I have the fix ready with a regression test (/skill:review fix @app now offers @src/app.py); generic slash commands like /help @x keep completions off, matching the existing tests.

Skill chaining is a separate feature (new command-parsing semantics rather than a completion routing bug), so I'd keep it out of this fix - probably worth its own issue if there's appetite for it.

Will open the PR once a maintainer gives this a nod.
