[PX] Entity status - deletion workflow

After delete a primary Document:

• Turn status to obsolete if is different from new
• If user delete all primary Document one by one, should we delete the EntityStatus (as there is no valid Documents to be used on the extraction)

After delete a source Entity:

• Delete EntityStatus

After delete an Extractor

• Delete EntityStatus

• Double check language

We are having a problem with deleted events.

Subscribers to deleted event, using v2 data source which have transactions were fetching the collections and getting the already deleted documents even though the event was triggered AFTER the deletion took place.

Going to use v1 data source, which does not includes transactions and create a new issue to tackle this later.

@daneryl have managed to get it work, v1 and v2 can now share same transaction session.

I have edit PXFilesDeletedListener to use only v2 data source.

We just need to also fix PXEntityStatusManager
