LanguageSchema typing has everything as conditional and we need to access all the different ISO keys.

We have a typing for the LanguageSchema that is supposed to be the type of the Mongo structure, added conditional keys with the different ISO keys. There needs to be a forced type with all the values non-conditional that is returned by the different processes, while just storing the simplified version of the schema in the Settings Languages.
