[PX] The system should handle re-extraction attempt while an extraction is going on

Story

A user start extraction process, before extraction has finished he tries to re-extract same source entities.

The system should be able to skip source entities that are still on processing and do not break the execution which would block from trigger extraction of others source entities.

Note

For now, we are not warning the user, by any means, that the extraction attempt of source entity was skipped because is still on processing.
