Hi! Thank you for sharing raw fast5 files. I am currently working on analyzing raw signals in fast5 files. I saw that the raw signal are vbz compressed (https://github.com/nanoporetech/vbz_compression), I tried "h5repack -f UD=,<filter parameters 1>, ,<filter parameters 3>,<filter parameters 3>... input.fast5 output.fast5" but still unable to get decompressed fast5 file. Do you know how to decompress them? Thank you in advance!
