decouple bccsp from fabric as a library package?

Historical, we have some idea to decouple bccsp code from fabric.
and recently in admin-sdk hyperledger/fabric-admin-sdk#44 when we found we rely on bccsp code for msp.
Hence if we are able to decouple bccsp code as making bccsp into a new repo, it will be great help?
