Important Announcement: MLOps Functionality Decommissioning

Dear OptScale Community,

As part of our continued commitment to delivering the best possible experience and value to our users, we want to inform you about an important upcoming change.

By the end of May 2025, all MLOps-related functionality will be removed from the OptScale platform and launched as a separate product offering.

This decision reflects our strategic focus to strengthen OptScale’s position as a leading open source FinOps solution, helping organizations optimize cloud costs, enhance visibility, and enforce cloud governance.

The MLOps capabilities will continue as a separate Hystax product, purpose-built for machine learning observability, experiment tracking, and automation. We believe this separation will allow both products to evolve faster, serve their respective users better, and focus more clearly on their core missions.

What this means for you:

• Existing MLOps features will be hidden from the OptScale UI
• After that, they will be deprecated and gradually removed from the code.
• A new, standalone MLOps solution by Hystax will be announced soon - stay tuned for updates!
