CONUS404-PGW hourly solar radiation variables integration_length attribute has incorrect value

There are five solar radiation variables (ACLWDNB, ACLWUPB, ACSWDNB, ACSWDNT, ACSWUPB) in the raw wrfout files that are paired with bucket variables (I_*). The integration_length attribute for these variables is originally accumulated since last bucket_J (1.0e9 J m-2) reset. During the hourly zarr creation process the actual value for each of those variables is computed, the integration_length for those variables is changed to accumulated since 1979-10-01 00:00:00, and the I_* variables are removed. I've verified those variables are properly computed but for some reason the integration_length attribute did not get updated. Fixing this only requires a simple modification of the .zmetadata file and the .zattrs file for each of the variables.

The on-prem location for this dataset is: hytest/conus404-pgw/conus-pgw_hourly.zarr.

• fix on-prem zarr dataset metadata for ACLWDNB, ACLWUPB, ACSWDNB, ACSWDNT, and ACSWUPB on hovenweep
• push modified .zmetadata and .zattrs files to OSN pod
