Templates should be available in multiple categories #169

People are mostly looking in the specific project categories only. They
don't have a look at the parent categories.
Being able to add templates to multiple categories or adding all
templates from the ancestor categories to the children automatically,
would make it easier usable. (e. g. Windows Forms should contain
templates for class, module (in VB), unit test, etc.)
