Support 'Smart Paste' for C#

Pasting text into string literals should automatically escape that text.

I think this is already implemented in NRefactory (class TextPasteUtils etc.), we just need to integrate it with the editor in SharpDevelop.

This probably depends on #232 to intercept the Paste command in AvalonEdit.
