Backup from IOS is hanging on certain images/videos

The bug

Certain photos and videos are failing to backup, hanging on upload. Logs are below. I tried manually deleting the relevant rows from Postgres but that did not solve.

Please connect directly over IP:2283. I see you have a traefik proxy you are probably using.

Thanks. Connecting directly (and avoiding Cloudflare proxy) seems to have "solved" the issue for the images/videos that I manually deleted from Postgres. I was able to upload those. But it looks like Immich can't automatically deal with the ones that previously failed though. I'm still getting the same error ("Duplicate key...") for other images that I haven't yet manually deleted from Postgres. Is this expected behavior? Is there a "database repair" routine? Or do I need to go through and manually delete within the database? Thanks.

I mean you shouldn't be touching postgres manually at all, anything past that is a little hard to say. Manually manipulating can for sure get things out of whack

Agreed! I'd prefer not to mess around with the database but I'm still getting the same error in the Postgres docker log when I try to upload one of the previously failed images:
