Restoring the structure of photos

Due to my own mistake and not backing up the Truenas Scale configuration that the Immich application was running on, I lost all the settings. However, I do have a complete directory structure in which all the photos are stored, and there is also a Thumbs.db file in each final photo folder. Is there any chance to recover the complete structure? I can import the photos as files, but since there is no EXIF for them and the immich structure does not correspond to the time of creation of the photo, I am unable to organize them chronologically in any way ....

I'm sorry, but I probably didn't get the gist of the proposal... I'm not interested in renaming folders, I need to get information from the existing structure to individual images, especially the date of their creation. Is that even possible? The dates for the files are all the same and correspond to the date of their import from Google Take Out ...
