Implement DCQL query, update VP Token

Description

According to the latest OID4VP specification 28, the use of PE is deprecated in favor of the new DCQL Query Language.

• Presentation Definition needs to be deprecated
• Presentation Submission needs to be deprecated
• New dqcl_query paramater needs to be added to the Authorization Request
• Support for selecting claims and for selecting credentials
• Support for Claims Path Pointer
• Update VP Token format

Motivation

To remain compliant with the latest OID4VP we need to make sure DCQL is supported.
