The address bar jitters back and forth

How to Reproduce?

1. Use Browser Layout 'Vertical'
2. Enable 'Center the address bar'
3. Enable 'Minimal address bar'

Actual behavior

Use Browser Layout 'Vertical'
Enable 'Center the address bar'
Enable 'Minimal address bar'

Seems like the issue is not limited to this configuration only. I can reproduce the flicker in every single browser layout setting and regardless the minimal address bar is enabled or not. Enabling "Center the address bar" option alone is enough.

Same for the refresh rate, changing it does not affect the behaviour.

Same issue, using mangowm in Wayland with 90hz monitor

The problem has been occuring frequently to me as well on mangowm (a wayland compositor). Tried to reproduce this on river,cage and labwc as well and the issue occurs on these wayland compositors also. Here's a recording depicting the issue:

I believe turning on only center the address bar is enough for the bug to occur.
