When a dictionary is first loaded, Lookup prompts the user to build a one-time cache. This works fine.
However, when the dictionary files are replaced, there's no prompt to rebuild the cache. There's also no way to manually rebuild them. So, every lookup using the new dictionary loads for quite a while.
A manual button for rebuilding dictionary cache would solve this problem.
