Problem

The training resources used in training courses are not consolidated in one documentation tree. This makes for a less professional looking product where everything could be consistently styled and indexed, and probably is more confusing for trainees who need to keep track of multiple resources to remember 'where did I learn that'?

Proposed solution

We first need an investigation phase - ideally the learnosm resource should continue to exist independently and we should regularly be able to 'harvest' its content and incorporate that into the inasafe-doc tree.

Expected outcome

All documentation related to InaSAFE should be available in one comprehensive documentation set.
