Updated UI and translation on OSM Downloader

We need to update the screenshots and safe_qgis translation on transifex after this branch has been merged to master (inasafe/inasafe#908) by @timlinux in regard to this issue inasafe/inasafe#905

• @akbargumbira to pull the latest safe and safe_qgis translation and push new strings to transifex
• @AIFDR/documentation-writers to update the translation and screenshots
• @akbargumbira to pull again the translation and push it to inasafe

Regarding this issue, can we update it on the next documentation release?

Because based on meeting last week, we're decided to stop updating and keep reviewing the rest of translation so the InaSAFE docs v2.0 can be released during the launch at InaDRTG on April 7th.

For screenshots, I guess there won't be too much work as I just need to replace them.

Oh, and we will also have the new curriculum.

Hi emir,

I made this issue so that the documentor or the translator notice about
this changes. It does not have to be done straight away. Anyway, I was
thinking that it should be done after it is merged on master branch (not
after my PR is merged, which is going to be merged to develop branch).
