We need to update the training and socialisation materials for 2.2

And note that @akbargumbira fixed the issue in InaSAFE 2.2.3 so all versions of QGIS >= 2.0 should be supported by all latest stable versions of InaSAFE. For new materials I would really suggest to base them on QGIS 2.8 as this is a long term release version.

speaking from QGIS release, compiling the Documentation with QGIS2.8 works without problem - shall I update to use qgis2.8 on all testing and build tools?

@mach0 currently we also updating all the screenshots in inasafe.org using QGIS 2.8 and InaSAFE 3.0, so it goes with the docs as well :)

Hi @timlinux as @adissadis and the team already finished writing the training materials using InaSAFE 3.0 and QGIS 2.8. I think for now we will still use Transifex to translate it to Indonesian, looking forward to start this process

the pull requests are merged, the current version is on 3.0.0 and the strings are already on transifex .. :)
