Problems

More and more users are wanting to know how InaSAFE Impact functions work.

Solution

It would be good to have a "under the hood" section but written for a none technical user with plenty of explanatory pictures.

See inasafe/inasafe#391 for the checklist needed to complete this.

Also this should be a per-impact-function product of the detail metadata system we are planning as part of #1128.
