Make the blog main page responsive. At and below the phone breakpoint, it should use the mobile layout on Figma. Above the phone breakpoint, it should use the desktop layout on Figma.

Also make sure it looks good for sizes smaller than the phone mixin, and sizes larger than the desktop mixin, within reason. You might need to use percentages and flexboxes to achieve this.

Also, note that the scrollable category buttons are now a dropdown menu.
