A resource is any force or form which can support one or more specific goals, and is not a person.
This intentionally generic definition includes all mental, physical, media, personal and social resources. Resources are often important components in systems, including open networks.
Note that while resources aren't persons, they can be agents, because agents include projects and roles.
Agents often perceive, describe and discuss types and instances of resource.
Access to resources is often determined by their relationships to other resources, agents and systems, including policies whenever they're relevant.
