Add Apache LICENSE?

Would you be willing to add a license like the Apache 2.0 license to your HandsAlert project? Per github's policy no license included means others aren't legally allowed to fork or modify the source for their own projects :/ . This project is a great starter project for doing CoreML and activity classification on watchOS. Thanks and happy holidays :)
