Integrate pigeon

Add an account level "Channels" tab. During the poll creation wizard, show the channel list and allow user to select an existing channel or create a new one with the pigeon screen. In the channel settings page, add a "Current assigned poll" dropdown to assign the poll that is currently used for that channel. Selecting an existing channel during the poll wizard changes that setting for that channel.
