BIOS Update for our servers

Here is a new BIOS (v2.4.1) for our servers (https://www.dell.com/support/home/de-ch/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=04y96&dcp=email) with the following enhancements:

• Updated the Processor Microcode to version 0xDE for Intel Xeon Processor Scalable Family
• Enhancement to address the security vulnerabilities (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures-CVE) such as CVE-2020-8696, CVE-2020-
  8694, CVE-2020-8695, CVE-2020-8744 and CVE-2020-8755
