Could ixpdimm_sw be built under Debian OS

I was failed to build ixpdimm_sw under debian 9. The error message showed that there was no sblim-cmpi library. And, I can not find sblim-cmpi package from apt. Could anyone provide suggestion to me? Thank you!

Actually, I am not familiar Linux OSs. So, I am not sure if I can just add Ubtuntu's PPA to apt and install it directly. But I downloaded the source code of sblim-cmpi-devel based on your information and install it. The slim-cmpi library will not be the block anymore.
