Redundant RemoveAvatar messages sent by non-Client Manager simulators on disconnect #30

When a client disconnects, the client manager should send a RemoveAvatar message to the persistence simulator which will then be echoed to the other simulators. When those other simulators actually remove the avatar from the scene (e.g. physics engine), they should not be sending another RemoveAvatar message but it seems that they do.

This doesn't seem to cause a problem but it is a redundant message that does not need to be sent or processed.
